This eleven building, 250,000-square-foot project was developed in two phases. The industrial office flex shells were developed on a speculative basis with interior improvements build-to-suit. Eight of the eleven buildings were in contract with buyers before the first walls were erected, and the fully occupied project includes a mix of light industrial, R&D and advanced manufacturing companies.
