Peet’s Roasting Facility | Alameda, CA
srmErnst developed this state-of-the art, $20 million roasting facility for Peet’s Coffee in 2006 on a lease with purchase option basis. Peet’s acquired the completed facility shortly after completion. The 145,000-square foot facility on 12 acres achieved the first ever LEED NC-Gold rating for a coffee roasting facility and earned the San Francisco Business Times 2006 Industrial Project of the Year.
