srmErnst has assembled and is redeveloping eight (8) properties making up nearly two full city blocks and totaling over 150,000 sq. ft. for early-stage R&D and Advanced Manufacturing companies.
Located in the Prescott neighborhood of West Oakland, srmErnst is taking a campus approach to building on Oakland’s entrepreneurial and creative culture and targeting innovative manufacturers.
This campus includes the development of Prescott Market, and an 8-vendor food hall, creating a gathering place and activity hub for tenants and the community.
