The fast-track project included obtaining 300,000 square feet of entitlements in less than three months, and the first three R&D buildings, totaling 180,000 square feet, were designed and constructed within eight months. We procured $98 million of synthetic lease financing for acquisition and development of the site. This $38 million renovation included bringing all new utility infrastructure, adding a 17,000-square foot mezzanine, replacing over 10,000 panes of glass with performance glazing, and restoring original hangar doors and a 10-ton overhead bridge crane to operable condition. Kairos Power occupies half the building with R&D facilities and offices, bringing over 150 jobs to Alameda Point. 40,000 square feet of the building will be occupied by a commercial bakery with a retail cafe.</image:caption>
