The Esplanade | Alameda, CA
The Esplanade is a ten building, 110,000-square foot planned campus environment for small to medium sized owner/users wanting to own their office building in a campus environment. The high-end, sustainable-design project fronts directly on San Francisco Bay with views of downtown San Francisco and the Bay Bridge. srmErnst delivered Phase I of the Esplanade to Stacy & Witbeck in 2012. A portion of this project achieved LEED NC-Gold certification.
