This project on 177 acres of land south of the Livermore Airport involved obtaining entitlements for an office, R&D, and light industrial park and approximately $27 million of site improvements, completed in 2007, to include 36 parcels, new streets, and utility infrastructure stubbed to each parcel. Further entitlements were obtained for the 10 building Discovery Center with the first 30,000 square feet delivered in 2010. Completed while with SRM Associates.
